Gefferson Uliasz
Wine that embodies the essence of the Friuli region, with a crisp and bright personality that cuts through the richness of the surrounding landscape. The scent is a graceful blend of woody freshness, pine needles, oak, and cherry, setting the tone for a truly delightful tasting experience.
Damay
The impression of blackcurrant is omnipresent in this wine, uniquely when it is allowed to mature for a period, which gives it a more pronounced blackcurrant character, rendering it more akin to exploring blackcurrant juice rather than wine.
Takase
A rich, full-bodied wine with a deep, opaque color. The nose is driven by by black cherry and raisin, with a soft leather and tobacco spice note. The tongue is highlighted by a bright fruit profile, with suggestions of cherry and oak, before giving way to a smooth, earthy finish. The tannins linger, adding richness and sophistication to the wine. Overall, a mind-blowing affordability for the price.

Antonutti Cabernet Franc is praised for its rich, full-bodied nature and complex aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, and earthy notes. While some appreciate its bright fruit profile and smooth finish, others find it slightly acidic with soft tannins. The wine's harmonious balance and affordability are highlighted, though a few mention a fresh, green pepper and herbal character.
Displaying a deep ruby hue, the Antonutti Cabernet Franc opens with a bouquet of blackcurrant, green bell pepper, and a subtle hint of graphite, indicative of its varietal purity. On the palate, it offers a medium-bodied structure with finely grained tannins and a vibrant acidity that underscores its Northern Italian origin. The interplay of dark berry fruit and herbal undertones is complemented by a whisper of forest floor and cedar, leading to a lingering, mineral-driven finish. This wine exemplifies the finesse and elegance typical of Friuli's terroir, making it a compelling choice for those seeking a classic expression of Cabernet Franc.
