Voss Expert tasting note

Antinori Tignanello is a superb Italian red blend crafted from the classic Tuscan varietals of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. The nose is full of intense aromas of blackberry, wild berry, spice, and forest floor. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with velvety tannins that envelop the rich dark fruit flavors and nuances of vanilla and mocha. The wine is well-balanced, with a long and lingering finish. Truly an exceptional wine that should be savored slowly.

What the web is saying

Antinori Tignanello is praised for its rich, full-bodied character, with flavors of cherry, plum, and forest floor. Some find it elegant and well-balanced, while others note a hefty price. The wine's aging potential is often highlighted, though a few find it overpriced. Overall, it's a celebrated Super Tuscan with a complex profile, suitable for special occasions.
