Tasting highlight
The region's elevation and cool climate contribute to the wine's vibrant acidity and concentrated fruit flavors. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve their natural freshness.

The deep garnet hue of this Cabernet Sauvignon signals its robust character, while the nose unveils a sophisticated bouquet of blackcurrant, cassis, and a hint of graphite. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and impeccably structured, with layers of dark plum and blackberry interwoven with subtle notes of cedar and a touch of earthy minerality. The tannins are firm yet polished, providing a seamless balance to the wine's vibrant acidity. The finish is long and elegant, echoing the wine's complex fruit profile and hinting at its potential for graceful aging. This is a quintessential expression of high-altitude Argentine terroir.

Rich, earthy aroma is augmented by dense fruit and chocolate undertones, at the same time the flavor is smooth by a light sweetness. The finale is subtle and soothing, leaving a lingering impression.
Gunter Edman
A clean and lively wine that unveils the best qualities of Salta's Cabernet Sauvignon. The nuanced chill helps to cohesion the fruitiness, and yet the nose offers a delightful array of black plum and blackberry notes. The impression is tart, with a acidic sour cherry that lingers, accompanied by a gentle lasting impression that reveals accents of tobacco and leather. This wine is a perfect match for summer's freshest flavors, and its pairing abilities are truly enhanced when combined with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Shekkinah
Concentrated and nuanced wine with a deep, earthy character, featuring inky fruit layers and a elegant bell pepper undertone. The nose is dry, but the texture reveals a sweet, charcoal-like quality, cohesive by astringent tannins and a crisp acidity. The ending is long and astringent, with a fulfilling dryness that lingers.

Anko Flor de Cardon Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its rich, earthy aromas and complex fruit flavors, including black plum, blackberry, and cherry. While some appreciate its smooth, sweet finish, others note a dry, astringent end. The wine's tannins and acidity are highlighted, with hints of chocolate, leather, and bell pepper. Opinions vary on its complexity, but it's generally seen as a full-bodied, enjoyable wine.
