Wine with a fruity profile, but with a slight minerality that adds depth, primarily when paired with sweet and fruity elements, such as strawberries.

Bit too acidic for my taste, but it's not the same as a fine vintage. A decent alternative, but not worth the hype.

The aroma is a unified blend of apple and honey, with a nuanced nuance of green apple and citrusy notes. The color is pale yellow, inviting the senses to unwind. The notes are a delightful mix of green apple, lemon zest, and citrusy undertones, with a trace of tartness on the finish. It's a perfect accompaniment to a relaxing Wine Weekend.
