Alta Vista Brut Nature is a sparkling wine crafted in the traditional method, originating from the high-altitude vineyards of Mendoza, Argentina. The region's cool climate and significant diurnal temperature variation contribute to the wine's crisp acidity and vibrant fruit character. Made predominantly from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, with no dosage added, resulting in a dry style. The wine is aged on its lees for a period, enhancing its complexity with subtle notes of brioche and almond, while maintaining a refreshing, mineral-driven finish.
