Onelio
Concentrated and fruity rosé, with a mellow body and a long finish. The undertones are well-balanced, with touches of peach, melon, and strawberry, enhanced by a racy acidity. A classic method champagne, aged for 8 months on lees, this rosé is a stonking cost effectiveness for its price.
Asty
Zesty and bright rosé with a nutty and fruity profile, revealing the region's characteristic pear and apple notes, even as maintaining a dry and elegant finish.
Merryn Yu-Hua
Sophisticated and elegant wine with a elegant appearance, underscoring a salmon hue and crystal clarity. The nose reveals a sweet and intense strawberry and brioche bouquet, with layers of citrus fruit and cream. The texture is recognized by a firm and dry texture, with a pronounced crispness and a lack of tannins. The notes unfold with a mild bitterness, possibly stemming from a stemmy or grassy note that eludes description. The wine's effervescence is exceptional, making it a memorable in its category. whereas it may not be a Malbec, its refined and polished character makes it a compelling alternative.
