This Allan Scott Pinot Noir is a delightful expression of the varietal. On the nose, it offers a bouquet of ripe red fruits, with notes of black tea, cedar, and a hint of oak. On the palate, it offers a velvety texture and a bright acidity that balances the ripe red fruit flavors, with an underlying complexity of earthy and spicy notes that linger on the finish. Enjoy this wine now or lay it down for a few years for a more rewarding experience.
