Resilient vintage, still radiating vitality despite being past its prime. The acidity remains sharp, during the tannins have mellowed, yielding a smooth, silky texture. The fruit undertones are opulent and intense, with a understated spice and floral undertone. The tongue is similarly well-balanced, with a unified interplay of sour red berries and savory notes. The wine's aging potential is evident, even in less-than-ideal storage conditions, suggesting a long-term investment in this remarkable vintage.

The nose is fragrant and inviting, with a elegant accent of spice and a touch of sweetness. On the palate, the wine is a masterful stability of dry and sweet flavors, with a enjoyable touch that lingers. whereas it may require patience to fully appreciate its nuances, this wine is a true gem that rewards careful consideration.
