Voss Expert tasting note

The Alexandre Bonnet La Géande 7 Cépages Brut Nature Champagne is an exceptional sparkling wine that showcases the artistry and craftsmanship of the Champagne region. With its unique blend of seven grape varieties, this Champagne offers a complex and harmonious flavor profile. On the nose, this Champagne reveals enticing aromas of ripe citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, along with delicate floral notes and hints of brioche. The palate is treated to a symphony of flavors, including crisp green apple, juicy pear, and zesty lime, all beautifully balanced by a subtle mineral undertone. The texture of this Champagne is refined and elegant, with a fine and persistent mousse that caresses the palate. The absence of added dosage, known as Brut Nature, allows the natural flavors of the grapes to shine through, resulting in a bone-dry and refreshing finish. Pair this exquisite Champagne with fresh oysters, flintd salmon, or creamy cheeses to enhance its delicate nuances. It is a perfect choice for celebratory occasions or as an aperitif to stimulate the senses.
