Supple and toasty wine with a rich, plush grip
Allan
Clean and lean English fizz with a gentle biscuit and stone fruit character, accompanied by a contenting finish. A good value for the price.
Chenie
Zesty and lively sparkling wine with a lovely pale lemon tone and a lively effervescence. even as it didn't quite match the body and richness of the Chapel Down Sparkling white, I appreciated its lighter and more citrusy character, with hints of peaches and apple that lingered pleasantly. Overall, I'd highly recommend it, but my wife's aversion to dry white wines made it a less appealing choice for her.

Albourne Estate Single Vineyard Multi-Vintage is praised for its supple and toasty profile with a rich grip. It offers a clean, lean fizz with biscuit and stone fruit notes, and a zesty, lively character with citrus, peach, and apple hints. While some appreciate its lighter body, others prefer richer wines. It's considered good value for its price.
A luminous pale gold in the glass, this wine presents a sophisticated bouquet of white peach, honeysuckle, and a hint of flinty minerality. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious interplay of ripe citrus and orchard fruits, underpinned by a vibrant acidity that lends precision and lift. The mid-palate is texturally engaging, with a subtle creaminess that speaks to its lees aging, while a whisper of almond and wet stone adds complexity. The finish is long and poised, echoing the elegance and finesse characteristic of Sussex's burgeoning reputation for quality sparkling wines.
