1006 Majorelle Grolleau Noir is crafted from the Grolleau Noir grape, traditionally grown in the Loire Valley, France. This wine is produced in a cooler climate, which helps maintain its natural acidity and freshness. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure a balance of fruit expression and structure. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grape's inherent fruit characteristics, resulting in a light-bodied red wine with bright red fruit notes and a subtle earthy undertone. It is designed for immediate enjoyment, offering a fresh and approachable style.
