Vicari

Vicari is a wine producer with a long family winemaking tradition. In 1990, Nazzareno Vicari bottled his first 200 bottles of Verdicchio and Lacrima. His son Vico joined him in 2000, followed a few years later by his daughter Valentina. Vico oversees production and cellar management under Nazzareno’s direction, while Valentina handles wine promotion and sales.

Part of the family’s land was converted into specialized vineyards, reaching 30 hectares, where farming includes low yields per hectare and controlled thinning. A facility was also built for drying grapes. Its wines include Sfumature, made using the méthode champenoise, with every step performed manually, from tirage and riddling on racks to dégorgement à la volée.
