Venge Vineyards is a wine producer in the eastern foothills of the Palisades Mountain range, surrounded by its 12-acre estate vineyard.

Its organic, regenerative farming uses natural composting and diverse cover crops, without herbicides or pesticides.

Its sustainability practices also include solar energy, water conservation and winery waste management. Alongside its estate vineyard, Venge Vineyards sources its Sauvignon Blanc from Dutton Ranch’s Jewell Vineyard in Russian River Valley.

In the cellar, its whites undergo whole-cluster pressing and 48-hour oxidative settling, with sur lie aging lasting six to nine months and weekly barrel stirring for three months.
