Torii Mor is a winery in Oregon’s Dundee Hills AVA. Its estate vineyard was planted by Jim McDaniel in 1972 and purchased by Donald Olson in 1985. Winemaking began in 1993 with 1,000 cases, and Jon Tomaselli is its winemaker.

At 800 feet, Olson Estate Vineyard has Jory soils and hand-tended vines, including Pommard and Wadenswil Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. In April 2002, Chardonnay and Gamay were grafted to Dijon 667 and Dijon 114, respectively. The gravity-flow winery built in September 2007 reflects its environmental commitment, which also brought LIVE certification for the winery and estate vineyard in 2009. Non-irrigated viticulture and restricted chemical use helped the vineyard achieve Salmon Safe certification in 2009. Torii Mor also holds LEED Gold and Oregon Certified Sustainable certifications. Its wines include Reserve Pinot Gris and Olson Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir, certified to carry the OCSW stamp from the 2009 vintage.
On VinoVoss, Torii Mor has 6 wines in stock: 4 red, 2 white. Their average rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 73 ratings.
