Tenuta Rapitalà is a wine estate in the hills stretching from Camporeale down towards Alcamo. In 1968, Count Hugues Bernard de la Gatinais and his wife, Gigi Guarrasi from Palermo, walked among the ruins left by the Belice Valley earthquake. The couple rebuilt the devastated estate. Its name derives from the Arabic Rabat-Allah, meaning garden of Allah. Silvio Centonze is the estate’s winemaker.

The estate has 176 hectares of vineyards and practises organic and sustainable viticulture. Its wines include Conte Hugues and Hugonis, a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Nero d’Avola. Cielo d’Alcamo is a late-harvest wine inspired by the Sauternes tradition, while Gaëlle is made entirely from Syrah and belongs to the Giardino di Famiglia collection.
On VinoVoss, Tenuta Rapitalà has 1 wine in stock: 1 red. Their average rating is 3.4 out of 5 from 26 ratings.
