Girolamo Russo is a wine estate on the northern slope of Mount Etna, with 15 hectares of vineyards at elevations of 650–780 metres.

Hazelnut and olive groves frame the vineyards.

The old bush-trained vines are tended to preserve them over time, while gaps are replanted using the traditional technique of layering.

To better understand the character of each plot, small portions of the harvest are selected for microvinifications at different times.

Its wines include Etna Bianco DOC, made with 75% Carricante and 25% other native varieties, Etna Rosato DOC from Nerello Mascalese, and Etna Rosso DOC from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio.
On VinoVoss, Girolamo Russo has 3 wines in stock: 2 red, 1 rosé. Their average rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 307 ratings. Girolamo Russo is in the top 10% of the 32 rated Sicily wineries on VinoVoss.
