St. Christopher is a brand producing and bottling traditional German mulled wine (Glühwein), founded in 1992 through a collaboration between wine enthusiasts Manfred Bauer and Gunther Schlink. Its name takes inspiration from the Catholic saint revered as the guardian of travelers.
Its wines include a red wine blended with cinnamon, nutmeg and other natural spices, alongside a white wine blended with honey, caramel and rich, hearty spices.
