Southern Right is a wine producer in the cool, maritime Hemel-en-Aarde Valley appellation, founded in 1994 by Anthony Hamilton Russell. His aim was to produce an age-worthy Pinotage. In 2005, a 448-hectare property on the western border of Hamilton Russell Vineyards was purchased as its long-term home.

The vineyards lie 3 kilometres from Walker Bay, which is frequented by the rare Southern Right whales after which the wines are named. Southern Right specialises in Pinotage and Sauvignon Blanc, and its wines include Southern Right Pinotage and Southern Right Sauvignon Blanc. A 350-ton Overberg-style cellar tailored to these wines was completed on the property in time for the 2009 harvest.
On VinoVoss, Southern Right has 2 wines in stock: 1 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 147 ratings.
