Schloss Vaux is a sparkling wine (Sekt) house in Eltville, founded in Berlin, with a history dating to 1868. Its name comes from Metz in Lorraine, and it later found its home in the Rheingau. Christoph Graf joined in 2013 and became a board member in 2022, while chief oenologist Florian Franke oversees the vineyards and base wine production.

Its seven hectares of vineyards in Geisenheim grow Riesling, Spätburgunder and Chardonnay, and organic conversion began in 2020. Grapes also come from partner growers in Pfalz and Rheinhessen. The sparkling wines undergo traditional bottle fermentation and spend 18–60 months on the lees; all are brut, with no more than 12 g/l residual sugar. Its wines include the Réserve line, whose base wines ferment in small and large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks.
On VinoVoss, Schloss Vaux has 1 wine in stock: 1 sparkling. Their average rating is 3.7 out of 5 from 15 ratings.
