Santi is a wine producer founded in 1843 in Illasi, Valpolicella, at the eastern edge of the province of Verona near the Monti Lessini. The winery was completely renovated in 2016 to suit a new winemaking philosophy.

Corvina plays a predominant role, with the aim of giving the wines a fruity style. The cellar has an indoor appassimento area beside the vinification area and approximately 230 casks of different sizes and origins for ageing. Alongside oak, the casks used at Santi include local woods such as cherry, chestnut and a small proportion of acacia. During ageing over several years, wine is racked from cask to cask to remove sediment that settles at the bottom. Its wines include Amarone, aged in casks ranging from 25 to 80 hectolitres, with an average capacity of 40 hectolitres.
On VinoVoss, Santi has 4 wines in stock: 3 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 3.6 out of 5 from 191 ratings.
