About Piper Sonoma
Piper Sonoma was founded in 1980 by the Marquis d’Aulan, whose family has been linked for generations with Champagne and Premium wines.
The wines are produced in Healdsburg, California, sourcing from vineyards across Sonoma County. Each vineyard lot is hand-harvested, fermented, and aged separately. Primary fermentation takes place in tanks and barrels. All of the sparkling wines are handcrafted using Méthode Traditionnelle, undergoing a second fermentation in the bottle and aging on their lees.
