At Masottina, the Dal Bianco family has produced wine since 1946. The estate began when grandfather Epifanio acquired the Ai Palazzi estate at Gorgo al Monticano, comprising five hectares of vineyards and a farmhouse. The company was named Masottina after the word was discovered on an original wall during farmhouse renovations. The company is run by Adriano and his two sons Filippo, Sales Director, and Federico, Vice President.

Masottina wines are made at the Terre di Ogliano winery. Hilly vineyards in Ogliano are harvested exclusively by hand. Selected grapes are crushed without destemming and transferred to the presses via gravity. Tanks of different sizes allow each parcel to be vinified separately.
On VinoVoss, Masottina has 3 wines in stock: 3 sparkling. Their average rating is 3.6 out of 5 from 10 ratings.
