Llano Colorado has vineyards in the San Vicente Valley, Baja California. Three generations share the aim of developing Mexico’s wine culture through their work with the land, grapes and wine.

The vineyards lie in the village of San Vicente Ferrer, 20 km from the Pacific Ocean, and have 250 hectares planted with 16 grape varieties in production. Across these vineyards, the reddish soils are clayey, stony and alluvial, with good drainage and volcanic components. The varieties grown include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Syrah, Tempranillo, Garnacha, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Verdejo and Viognier.
