Lagar de Cervera

Lagar de Cervera is a wine of RASA Bodega Lagar de Fornelos in O Rosal, Pontevedra, where the producer bought the small family winery Fernández Cervera Hermanos in 1988. The wine’s name honours the founders of Fernández Cervera Hermanos, recalling their surname and the traditional, century-old wine press in the house. RASA Bodega Lagar de Fornelos owns a 100-hectare Albariño vineyard in Rías Baixas. In 2013, the producer opened new facilities featuring a forest drawn on the fermentation tanks. Its wines include Lagar de Cervera and Pazo de Seoane Rosal.
