Anónimas

Anónimas is a wine producer in Vilagarcía de Arousa whose team comprises María Falcón, a winemaker with a family winemaking tradition, and Cristina Yagüe, an oenologist and agronomist. Their first wine was a rosé made from 85% Caíño Tinto and 15% Mencía.

Grapes come from vineyards including 70-year-old Abelairas in a native Atlantic forest in Carballedo and A Horta do Palomar in Cambados, with ungrafted vines more than 120 years old. The recovered Pedramogueira plot in Vilagarcía de Arousa has 35-year-old vines trained on pergolas over granitic soil, 400 metres from the sea.
