J.M. Boillot is the wine estate of Pommard grower Jean-Marc Boillot. His daughter Lydie Alzingre and son-in-law François Alzingre, together with their children, carry the work forward.

In the vineyards, old vines in Jarollières, Combette and Champ Canet were planted by Etienne Sauzet. Dense planting encourages competition between vines and deeper rooting, while rigorous pruning and debudding regulate yields. High, wide hedging supports ripening and protects white grapes from UV radiation. At harvest, grapes are picked by hand and sorted into crates, then taken to the winery without changing containers. Its wines include reds aged for 13 months without racking in barrels, 30% of them new.
On VinoVoss, J.M. Boillot has 3 wines in stock: 2 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 57 ratings.
