Fulcrum Wines

Fulcrum Wines is a winery founded in 2005 by winemaker David Rossi. Rossi guides the winery solely through his palate and vision.

The winery’s vineyard program includes sites in the Anderson Valley, Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast, Carneros and Chalone appellations, all farmed organically or sustainably. Its wines include Pinot Noir, sourced entirely from vines trained on vertical shoot positioning (VSP) trellises and pruned to reduce fruit shading and promote ripening. Crop thinning is also practiced to encourage even ripening and intensify flavors.
