Fazio was founded in the late 90s by a family involved in wine for four generations. Lilly Ferro is the sole administrator.

The winery is located in Fulgatore. Its 45 hectares of vineyards are located on the slopes of Mount Erice in Torretta, Trapani, and Buseto Palizzolo, at altitudes between 250 and 600 meters. Grapes grown include Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese, Grillo, Catarratto, Carricante, Insolia, Moscato Bianco, Müller Thurgau, Chardonnay, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in Torretta are trained on spurred cordon, Catarratto in Buseto Palizzolo on albarello, and other varieties on Guyot. Farming involves minimizing waste in the field and cellar, using organic materials for soil balance, and reducing water consumption. It exclusively uses eco-compatible substances such as sulfur for phytosanitary treatments and uses organic fertilizers from pruning and natural grassing. Grapes are harvested manually in crates during the coolest hours of the day. Fermentation lasts 15 to 20 days for white grapes and 18 to 25 days for black grapes.
On VinoVoss, Fazio has 3 wines in stock: 2 red, 1 sparkling. Their average rating is 3.6 out of 5 from 28 ratings.
