Eduardo Torres Acosta

Eduardo Torres Acosta was born in Tenerife in 1982. He studied Agricultural Engineering and continued his studies in Oenology. Later, in 2012, Eduardo Torres Acosta participated in the harvest at Arianna Occhipinti.

In 2014, he began recovering rented vineyards on the northern slope of Etna and bottled his first vintage. The estate farms 4.7 hectares. In addition, ninety percent of the old vineyards are cultivated using the traditional bush vine (alberello) system.
