Domaine du Clos Roca is a wine estate in Nizas, between Pézenas and Clermont l’Hérault, west of Montpellier.

It farms 13 hectares of vines organically across 20 hectares of land, while preserving two hectares of plots for restoration to nature.

Compost and grass cover stimulate soil life and store carbon, while disease-resistant varieties reduce tractor passes and the need for plant protection treatments.

This low-intervention approach continues in the cellar through bioprotection and work with grape juice sediment and lees.
