Domaine des Perdrix

Domaine des Perdrix, an estate with vineyards in Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges, was taken over by the Devillard family in 1996.

Its 15 hectares include holdings in Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru Aux Perdrix, where it owns 99% of the vineyard, and in Echezeaux Grand Cru. More than half of the estate’s vineyards are classified as Premiers Crus and Grands Crus. They are cultivated using sustainable farming practices, with limited use of treatment products. Investment in the winery has supported sorting on tables, control of fermentation temperatures and pneumatic punching down.
