Contrada Palui is a wine estate in Valpolicella with Hannes (Hans Karl) Pichler behind the project. Its vineyards occupy former pasture that had never seen pesticides, and an old hayloft was converted into a small cellar housing barrels and amphorae.

Their soils contain white limestone, black basalt and sharp flint. Harvesting is entirely by hand, with grapes for drying carefully placed in small crates. In the cellar, winemaking involves spontaneous fermentation, organic vinification and no invasive practices, while ageing combines wooden barrels, red and white clay amphorae and steel barrels. Its wines include Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG.
On VinoVoss, Contrada Palui has 2 wines in stock: 2 red.
