In 1971, Giuseppe and Giovanna began winemaking and founded Azienda Agricola Coffele after years spent restoring vineyards. The Visco family produced Bianco Soave with their own grapes as early as the mid-19th century. Alberto Coffele has overseen production since 1994, managing winemaking from the selection of vine cuttings to bottling.

The property features around 25 hectares (75 Veronese campi) in a single plot in Castelcerino. It is certified organic with the European Euroleaf logo, having become the first producer in the Soave Doc Classico zone permitted to use the organic qualification and Euroleaf on its label. The grapes grown are predominantly Garganega, alongside Trebbiano di Soave, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Annual production is approximately 130,000 bottles, and its wines include Soave Classico Doc Ca’ Visco.
On VinoVoss, Coffele has 3 wines in stock: 1 red, 2 white. Their average rating is 3.6 out of 5 from 46 ratings.
