Château Simone has been owned by the Rougier family since 1830, with cellars that were originally excavated in the 16th century by the religious order of the Grands Carmes d'Aix. In its historic heritage, the AOC Palette was recognized by the decree of April 28, 1948, following the recognition of the AOC Château Simone on February 21, 1946.

The estate is located four kilometers from Aix-en-Provence in the municipality of Meyreuil. Its vineyards are exposed on the northern slopes of the Montaiguet massif in a cirque crossed by the Arc river, where the soil primarily consists of limestone scree of lacustrine formation from the Tertiary era combined with clay, pebbles, and gravel. The wines are aged in foudres and barriques.
On VinoVoss, Château Simone has 2 wines in stock: 1 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 4.3 out of 5 from 134 ratings.
