Alain Dominique Perrin bought the estate in 1979 and began restoration work; the château received Historic Monument status in 1982. In December 2025, Perrin decided to hand the estate’s reins to his eldest daughter, Sonia Perrin.

Within the Cahors vineyard area, Château Lagrézette’s vineyards span 53 hectares across two plots, with plantings of 95% Malbec and 5% Merlot. The estate also has an HVE3 environmental commitment. Its underground cellar, built beneath the hill in 1992 and renovated in 2011, uses gravity across three winemaking levels and shelters nearly 500 barrels in darkness.
On VinoVoss, Château Lagrézette has 1 wine in stock: 1 red. Their average rating is 3.8 out of 5 from 13 ratings.
