Château La Peyre was founded in 1879 as a family estate. Following the completion of his viticulture and oenology studies, Fabien Lapeyre joined the family estate during the 2011 harvest.

The estate is situated in the region of Entre-deux-Mers, where the vines are planted on clay molasses of the Agenais on moderate slopes. Previously reaching a surface of 45 hectares, the estate is transitioning to nearly 15 hectares by spring 2026, consisting of 7 hectares of white and 8 hectares of red. The property has held Certified Organic Agriculture status since 2022. As part of its farming methods, tree polyculture has been integrated to enhance biodiversity, and soil working in young vines is sometimes carried out using animal traction.
On VinoVoss, Château La Peyre has 1 wine in stock: 1 white. Their average rating is 3.5 out of 5 from 1 rating.
