Château Haut Blanville belongs to Domaine de Blanville in Saint-Pargoire, which Béatrice and Bernard Nivollet founded in 1997. Château Haut-Blanville’s first vintage dates to 1998. The founders’ daughters, Charlotte and Margaux, joined the domaine’s team in 2015.

Domaine de Blanville covers 28 hectares within the AOP Languedoc Grés de Montpellier and AOP Languedoc Pézenas appellations. The domaine received HVE certification in 2019 and organic certification for all its terroirs from the 2024 vintage. Its farming combines cover crops and three-year fallows with legumes to nourish the soil, alongside sheep grazing and mating disruption to control vineyard pests. Its wines include the younger, fruity Blanville cuvées introduced in 2021, made without barrel ageing.
On VinoVoss, Château Haut Blanville has 2 wines in stock: 1 red, 1 rosé. Their average rating is 3.4 out of 5 from 8 ratings.
