Castelfeder is a winery founded in 1969 by Alfons Giovanett. Günther Giovanett has developed a business model based on the family's good relations, while Ivan Giovanett is the winemaker and director of viticulture and production.

The vineyards stretch 30 km from Merano to Salorno. The winery vinifies grapes from a total of 70 hectares of vineyards. White varieties account for approximately 70%, concentrating on Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon, while the remaining 30% are red varieties, with a focus on Pinot Noir. The family's vineyard work also extends to Germany's Mosel region, where it has cultivated the steep Riesling vineyard Sorentberg since 2011.
On VinoVoss, Castelfeder has 3 wines in stock: 2 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 3.8 out of 5 from 38 ratings.
