In 2003, Capolino Perlingieri's owner left a banking career in Milan to revive the family's winemaking activity. The family's previous winemaking operations had ended with the 1987 harvest.

The winery is situated in the Sannio area of Campania, in the Telesina valley bordered by Monte Taburno to the south and Monte Matese to the north. Its 12 hectares of vineyards in Solopaca sit at 100 to 300 meters of altitude across two plots: Pozzillo, featuring loose soils growing Falanghina and Sciascinoso, and Cesine, featuring compact, poor clay soils growing Greco, Fiano, and Aglianico. Farming is certified organic by Suolo & Salute and avoids synthetic chemicals and forced irrigation. Wines are made exclusively from estate-grown grapes using indigenous yeasts, filtration, and minimal necessary sulfites. Its wines include Preta (100% Falanghina IGT Campania), Nembo (100% Fiano IGT Campania), Vento (100% Greco IGT Campania), Vignarosa (100% Aglianico IGT Campania Rosato), Sciascì (100% Sciascinoso IGT Campania), Brizio (Aglianico IGT Campania), and Talento (Aglianico IGP Campania).
