San Salvatore is an agricultural estate in Cilento centred on Peppe Pagano and his father Salvatore, to whom the project is dedicated. Between 2006 and 2008, the estate planted 10 hectares of vines in Cannito and introduced water buffalo. In 2009–2010, a symbolic first harvest was vinified at Vetrano, followed by the first full harvest at the Giungano cellar.

The estate manages 40 hectares, and its mountain vineyards lie at 500–600 metres above sea level. Greco grows in Cannito, at the foot of Mount Calpazio, while Stio has Fiano and Aglianico. The estate farms organically, sowing plants between vine rows as green manure. Its wines include GIOÌ, a traditional-method brut rosé sparkling wine made entirely from Aglianico.
On VinoVoss, San Salvatore has 5 wines in stock: 1 red, 3 white, 1 rosé. Their average rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 110 ratings.
