Ca' del Bosco is a wine producer in Erbusco, founded by Annamaria Clementi Zanella, mother of Maurizio Zanella. She bought a hillside house with two hectares of land amid oak and chestnut woods. Maurizio enlisted cellar master André Dubois, whose collaboration helped create the first Franciacorta Pinot Millesimato. He retained a stake when Ca' del Bosco joined the Marzotto family's Santa Margherita Group.

The estate directly manages over 450 hectares, including about 281 hectares of organically farmed vineyards. Its first wine was Pinot di Franciacorta Bianco, and its first three sparkling wines—Pinot di Franciacorta Brut, Dosage Zéro and Rosé—were released in December 1978. Its wines include Cuvée Prestige and Carmenero. Introduced in 1997 as the winery's first pure Carménère, Carmenero was initially classified as Vino da Tavola before receiving IGT Rosso del Sebino recognition in 2008.
On VinoVoss, Ca' del Bosco has 1 wine in stock: 1 sparkling. Their average rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 269 ratings.
