Buglioni is a winery in Valpolicella Classica founded in 1993, when Alfredo Buglioni bought an old farmhouse with a four-hectare vineyard. Winemaker Diego Bertoni joined in 2001; in 2004, the first Buglioni Amarone was ready, and Mariano went to sell it.

Its vineyards cover 50 hectares in Valpolicella Classica, five in Lugana and five in Bardolino, all farmed organically since 2019. Plantings include Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Trebbiano di Lugana, with 40 hectares trained to Guyot in Sant’Ambrogio and 15 in Corrubbio, predominantly under double pergola. For Amarone and Recioto, hand-selected grapes dry slowly in the fruttaio from September to December. Wood ageing for red wines uses only tonneaux and medium and large oak casks, while Amarone Riserva is vinified and aged in amphora. Its wines include Amarone, Recioto and Amarone Riserva.
On VinoVoss, Buglioni has 2 wines in stock: 2 red. Their average rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 84 ratings.
