Bollini

Bollini is a wine label created in 1979 by Neil and Maria Empson from the Alpine foothills of Friuli and Trentino. In 2010, winemaker Franco Bernabei, a longtime friend of Neil and Maria, joined the Bollini project to style the wines alongside Neil Empson. The Empson family has continued to guide the project directly.

Its first wine was launched as “a Chardonnay for every day”, and its wines include Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot and Pinot Grigio Rosato. Bollini became Vegan Certified in 2020, and all its wines are made without animal products or by-products.
