Bisci was founded in 1972 by Giuseppe and Pierino Bisci. In 1980, the cellar was built by adapting ancient rustic buildings and adding purpose-built structures. Mauro Bisci is the estate owner, and Aroldo Bellelli serves as oenologist and agronomist.

The estate spans 25 hectares, including 18 hectares planted with Verdicchio and just over 2 hectares with Sangiovese and Merlot. It practices organic farming using sulfur and copper, with grassing between the rows, and has held CCPB organic certification since 2016. Its wines include Verdicchio di Matelica DOC and DOCG wines. The Vigneto Fogliano covers 4 hectares, was planted in 1978 on calcareous-clay soils with southern exposure, and is planted at 3,300 vines per hectare. Vigneto Fogliano is vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks, matured in vitrified concrete, and aged in bottle for a minimum of 3 months.
On VinoVoss, Bisci has 1 wine in stock: 1 white. Their average rating is 4.3 out of 5 from 4 ratings.
