Grapes grown include Pinot noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot blanc. Bethel Heights was certified Salmon Safe in 1997, and the vineyard was farmed without herbicides since 2009, without tilling since 2012, and without synthetic inputs since 2019. In 2024, the winery began transitioning to Revino reusable wine bottles.
