Artemis Karamolegos is a winery in Exo Gonia, Santorini. Artemis’ grandfather created a canava in 1952 to produce wine for home consumption. In 2003, Artemis made his first wine at his new winery in Exo Gonia.

Santorini’s volcanic soil, locally called aspa, contains potassium, phosphorus, iron and magnesium. Most of the winery’s vines are over 100 years old and trained in the traditional basket-shaped kouloura system to protect the grapes from strong island winds. Its wines include Santorini PDO, Nykteri, 34 and Pyritis, alongside the Terra Nera collection’s Assyrtiko, Aidani and red blend of Mandilaria and Mavrotragano. The winery was also the first in Santorini to produce a skin-contact Assyrtiko, labelled Mystirio.
On VinoVoss, Artemis Karamolegos has 1 wine in stock: 1 white. Their average rating is 3.8 out of 5 from 20 ratings.
