Alain Poulet is a family wine estate on the steep hills of the Drôme valley, whose owner took over in 2004. The takeover brought an inheritance of land from the owner's ancestors.

The 23-hectare estate spans Pontaix, Montlaur-en-Diois, Vercheny and Châtillon-en-Diois, with vines planted in small plots below the Vercors mountains. The addition of Gamay, Chardonnay and Aligoté brought the estate to this size; its grapes also include white and red Muscat à petits grains and white Clairette. In 2012, the winery became the first in Drôme to receive High Environmental Value certification. Its grapes are harvested fully ripe and carefully vinified, and its wines include Clairette de Die, Crémant de Die and Châtillon-en-Diois.
On VinoVoss, Alain Poulet has 1 wine in stock: 1 sparkling. Their average rating is 3.8 out of 5 from 16 ratings.
