Polished and elegant wine with a vibrant and bright character, its dry and light body is precisely even by a gentle brightness that adds richness and complexity. The wine's aromas are subtle, yet distinctive, with layers of grapefruit and lemon peel, accompanied by mineral whispers of slate and herbal accents of grass and asparagus. The lasting impression is clean and smooth, with a gentle bitterness that resonates on the palate. Overall, a very fine and delicate wine with a unique character.

Respectable, if unremarkable, Sauvignon Blanc from Grand Cru Fortaleza. The 100% Sauvignon Blanc is a good effort, but lacks any real memorable qualities. The ABV is 13%, and the wine is remarkably integrated, with no discernible notes. The brightness is well-balanced, and the color is a deep, full bodied straw. A significant proportion of the grapes come from the Gualtallary region (1450m above sea level) and 30% from the Tupungato single-vineyard. The wine is crisp and easy to drink, with a chalky consistency from the aging process. The accents are a mix of pear, minerals, cream, and pineapple, in contrast the aromas are nostalgic of green apple, grass, and lemon. The conclusion is pleasant, but not significantly memorable.
