Zé da Leonor Rosé is crafted from a blend of indigenous Portuguese grape varieties, grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of the Alentejo region. The warm, Mediterranean climate, tempered by Atlantic breezes, allows for optimal ripening while preserving the grapes' natural acidity. This rosé is produced using the saignée method, where a portion of the juice is bled off after brief skin contact, imparting a delicate pink hue. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and vibrant fruit character.
