Zardetto Private Cuvée Brut is an elegant sparkling wine that hails from the Veneto region of Italy. This wine is crafted using a blend of Glera, Chardonnay, and Moscato Bianco grapes, which contribute to its unique flavor profile. On the nose, Zardetto Private Cuvée Brut offers enticing aromas of green apple, citrus, and white flowers. These delicate scents are complemented by subtle hints of brioche and almond, adding complexity to the bouquet. The palate of this sparkling wine is crisp and refreshing, with lively acidity and a fine, persistent mousse. Flavors of green apple, lemon zest, and pear take center stage, while a touch of minerality adds depth and structure. The finish is clean and vibrant, leaving a lingering impression of citrus and a slight yeasty note. Zardetto Private Cuvée Brut is a versatile wine that can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or paired with a variety of dishes. Its bright acidity and effervescence make it a great companion for seafood, particularly oysters or grilled shrimp. It also pairs well with light appetizers, soft cheeses, and fresh fruit.

Perplexing product. Sometimes this could be a positive aspect, but not in this instance. This wine lacks a distinct personality, but is instead plagued by a disorienting and perplexing behavior. A confusing amalgamation of Glera, Chardonnay, and Moscato, with a strong note of synthetic apple flavor. The sweetness is overwhelming, and the sensation is too cloying to be attributed solely to its 11g/l of sugar. A rather unpleasant experience, despite being drinkable.
Rostam
Lively and clean sparkling wine with a light cohesion of green fruits, citrus, and floral notes, accompanied by a dash of yeasty complexity. Its fresh and airy tactile quality makes it a perfect selection for warm weather gatherings, during its understated brightness and low alcohol content ensure it's a exceptional pairing for lighter fare.
Anwar
Light, not too sparkly wine, a stonking highlight for everyday sipping.
